Dr Brefni Reynolds

Dr Brefni Reynolds graduated from Royal College of Surgeons in 1998, going on to spend several years working in general medicine on the Cork University and South East General Medical training schemes. In 2003 Dr Reynolds joined the South East Vocational Training Scheme in General Practice graduating in 2007. During this time Dr Reynolds spent additional time working with Palliative Care and Minor Surgical Services in addition to developing a lifelong commitment to evidence-based medicine and chronic disease management. He joined the practice in 2007 and partnered Dr John Macdougald until 2013. Dr. Reynolds was the sole owner of Barrowview Medical Practice until January 2020 when he formed a partnership with Dr. Maire Therese Lonergan and Dr. Kevin Kidney.
Dr Reyonlds has been the Chairman of the Kildare Faculty of the Irish College of General Practitioners from 2008 – 2011. He is the Kildare Faculty’s representative on the College Council and sits on the Quality and Standards Committee. His areas of special interest are chronic disease management, Men’s Health, Paediatrics and Minor Surgery.
